Description

Addresses the racial impact of criminal laws enacted by the peoples elected representatives,
the actions and policies of law enforcement agencies, the courts, correctional institutions, the
juvenile justice system, and the death penalty. Raises awareness and promotes critical thinking
about the problems that exist in our system, how those problems originated and evolved, and
possible solutions for these problems.

Pre-Requisite: eMajor Introduction Quiz and CRJU 1100 with a minimum grade of C.
