Description
This course will allow students to apply appropriate teaching strategies for agricultural laboratories which will include emphasis on developing knowledge of laboratory components, laboratory design and safety, laboratory assessment for student learning, facilitating student learning in the laboratory setting, appropriate teaching strategies, curricular applications, and classroom resources. Laboratory settings can include greenhouses, gardens, land laboratories, agricultural mechanics, aquaculture, livestock facilities, food processing centers, apiaries, and forestry and wildlife plots. Pre-requisite(s): AGED 2290 or EDUC 2110.
