Fundamentals of Management

Prerequisite: Exemption from or successful completion of READ 0099 and ENGL 0099. This course is designed to give a student the knowledge of the applied management techniques, practices, and principles that are universally accepted in contemporary business. Emphasis is placed on the decision-making process and to solve management problems of planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling.
