Principles of Management

Prerequisite: BUSA 1105 and MATH 1111 with a minimum grade of C. This course is an introduction to the theory and fundamental concepts of management. Emphasis is on the functions of management, the decision-making process. Current trends and issues related to the management process will also be examined.
