Principles of Management

Prerequisite: BUSA 1105 and BUSA 2106 or AECO 2200 with a minimum grade of C or BUSA 3106 simultaneous or permission of the Dean of the Stafford School of Business. This course will include a study of the managerial process with emphasis on the functions of management and the decision making process, as well as a detailed analysis of the vital functions of the manager. Current trends and issues related to the management process will also be examined.
